The share price includes a budget for purchase of a new car such as a VW Touran, which has proved to be an extremely popular rental car with previous visitors to the villa.
BOAT INCLUDED
Villa Maricel is perfectly placed to enjoy some of the best water activities available. Joint ownership and usage makes it economic to own and operate a power boat of a type which would otherwise need perhaps to be rented by the day for special occasions and a boat such as 5.5m luxury RIB is included.
LOCATION
Villa Maricel is located in via de la Cruz , in the Santa Ponsa Nova urbanisation of S.W. Mallorca. A quiet one-way street in a high-class residential area, this is close to Santa Ponsa village, a beach resort at the south-western tip of Mallorca in the county of Calvia, which is one of the wealthiest counties of Spain. The distance to Palma is about 18 km. The Santa Ponsa area (also dubbed Golf City) has four 18-hole golf courses and a marina.
About a mile from Santa Ponsa beach is the deep natural harbour of La Caleta. Villa Maricel was the first villa to be built on the inlet and it had the first choice of location commanding fine views of the bay. The original house has now been been completely reconstructed to the highest modern standards. Later the marina was built and the yachts are moored next to the bottom of the garden.
A small beach is about a three minute walk from the villa, while the main Santa Ponsa beach is a ten minute walk. Chemist, foreign newspapers and small grocery shops can be found within 5 to 10 minutes walk, while big supermarkets are a 20 minute walk away,
